Elite Guard Training gets basketball players a LOT better through online courses available since 2009 for over 256,000 members in 91 countries worldwide. Network of world top basketball trainers sets EGT as a premier online basketball training platform.
With huge subscribers base the Elite Guard Training outgrow existing WordPress solution used to manage subscription. More flexibility in trainers management, video courses management, subscription models, marketing instruments were implemented in new web and mobile customer facing applications as well as in new web administration dashboard.
Main challenges to be – huge client base migration to new platform and handling further on. Securely manage tens of gigabytes for hundreds of restricted access video trainings along with building effective marketing techniques into the platform. Not to mention internal system for management and creation of video trainings itself.
